Lisa Ament — LiveLighter 204

Practical, hands-on home resets that help you feel lighter — without judgment or pressure.

I’m Lisa, the founder of Live Lighter 204.

After 16 years in manufacturing and leadership roles, I realized what fulfilled me most wasn’t managing systems — it was helping people through change and creating calm where life felt overwhelming. Today, I bring that same practical, hands-on approach into people’s homes.

Live Lighter 204 offers judgment-free support for real-life spaces and transitions — closets, kitchens, kids’ rooms, downsizing, blending households, and everything in between. We work side by side, one space at a time, creating systems that support how you actually live.

How It Works

1. Assess the Space

We start by looking at how the space is truly being used — not how it should be used. Who uses it? What’s working? What isn’t? This sets the foundation for a reset that makes sense for your life.

2. Edit What’s There

Together, we sort and edit what no longer serves the space or the people using it. This is done at your pace, without pressure or judgment. Items leaving your home are thoughtfully sorted for donation through local community partners whenever possible.

3. Create Real-Life Solutions

We set up simple, functional systems based on your habits and routines. Bins or containers may be purchased if needed, or we can reuse what you already have in your home. This isn’t Pinterest. It’s real life — practical, flexible, and meant to last.

Support Beyond the Reset

Change doesn’t end when the room is done. The hardest part is sustaining it.

All new clients receive a complimentary 1-hour follow-up session one month after their room reset. This check-in allows us to reassess the space, fine-tune systems, and make adjustments based on how things are actually going in real life.

Live Lighter 204 is both a service and a community. When we lighten our load — physically, mentally, and emotionally — we create ripple effects of kindness and connection.

A reminder that we’re all doing our best, that change is good, and that when we care for our spaces and each other, we help the whole world breathe a little easier.
